We accept returns or replacements only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Since our products are made to order, returns or exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or incorrect ordering may not always be possible. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Approved replacement or refund requests will be processed within 5–7 business days.
